At #YES Snowboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new board or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
