What is the shipping timeframe for new snowboards?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and tracking information will be emailed as soon as your board leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on YES. snowboards?
Yes, all our boards come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers structural issues but does not include damage from impact, rails, or normal wear and tear.
What is your return policy for gear?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or waxed, it is no longer eligible for return.
How do I choose the right board size?
Board sizing depends on your weight, boot size, and riding style rather than just height. Please refer to the specific size chart on each product page to find the recommended weight range for that model.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
